Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary slightly during busy periods or due to customs in your country.

Packaging

Every order ships in a plain outer carton with no product description on the outside.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email us at hello@quietdry.com and we'll look into it right away.

Lost, damaged, or delayed in transit

Email hello@quietdry.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the item and packaging. We replace or refund.
