Quietdry Night System is a soft silicone cup, worn inside a cotton brief, connected to a small bedside pump. A sensor in the cup notices urine the moment it arrives, the pump draws it into a 2 L jug, and it stops when the cup is empty. Sheets stay dry, skin stays dry, and nobody has to be woken up.

The cup is medical-grade silicone with a soft, raised rim that follows the body instead of pressing into it. Side sleepers are the hard case for any collector; the rim is shaped for exactly that, and ventilation holes let air move so the skin underneath stays dry and cool. Fit the cup
Snap the cup into the brief at the four stud points, fit the brief, and adjust the side straps so the rim sits softly against the body. It should feel held, not tight.
Connect and switch on
Run the inlet tube to the unit and the outlet tube to the jug, both on the floor or nightstand beside the bed. Flick the power switch: red light on, and the system is listening.
Sleep
When urine reaches the sensor the green ring lights, the pump draws it into the jug, and the unit returns to standby. In the morning, empty the jug, rinse the cup and tubing, and put the second brief on.
Keep the charger on the nightstand for continuous use. The 2 L drainage bag in the box is an alternative to the jug for travel or when the bed has no floor space beside it.

What is the Quietdry Night System?
A home urine-collection system for adults who need help overnight. A soft silicone cup sits inside a cotton brief; a sensor in the cup starts a small bedside pump when urine arrives and stops it when the cup is empty, draining into a 2 L jug. Nothing goes inside the body, and the parts that touch the skin wash and reuse.
How is it different from PureWick or Surity?
Those systems draw urine through a disposable absorbent wick that is replaced every night, which is why they sell refill boxes of 30. Quietdry uses a washable silicone cup instead, so there is nothing to buy again. The pump and jug do the same job; the refill bill is the difference.
Who is it for?
People who cannot safely get up at night: bed-bound or recovering after surgery, limited mobility, dementia care at home, or anyone whose carer needs a full night’s sleep. It is worn lying down, in bed. It is not designed for walking around during the day.
Which fit should I choose?

Does it work for side sleepers?
Yes. The soft raised rim is shaped for side-lying, and the brief holds the cup in place when the person turns. Fit the straps snug but not tight and check the rim sits flat against the body before switching on.
Is it loud?
The pump only runs while there is urine to move, usually a few seconds at a time, then returns to silent standby. Most carers describe it as a brief hum from the nightstand. We have not published a decibel figure until we have measured it in a lab, so we will not quote one here.
How long does the battery last?
The unit has a 12 V, 2,800 mAh rechargeable battery with a four-LED bar on the front. Because the pump only runs for a few seconds at a time, a charge normally covers a night; we recommend keeping the included charger connected on the nightstand for continuous use, exactly as you would a phone.

How do I clean it?
Each morning, empty the jug and rinse the cup and tubing with warm water; a mild soap once a day is fine. Briefs go through a normal laundry cycle. Wipe the unit with a damp cloth; never submerge it or run water into the tube ports.
Can it be used with an indwelling catheter?
No. Quietdry is an external collector and is an alternative to pads for people who do not have a catheter. If a catheter is in place, follow the care team’s guidance.
Is it a medical device?
It is a non-invasive, external, powered urine collector, a home-care product category (US FDA product code NZU, Class I). It collects urine; it does not treat incontinence or any medical condition. For skin, infection or medical questions, speak to the care team.
Is it HSA/FSA eligible?
Incontinence supplies are commonly reimbursed through HSA and FSA plans. Pay as usual and submit the itemized receipt we email with every order; eligibility depends on your plan administrator.
