We want the Night System to make nights easier for the person you care for. If it doesn't, returns are simple.

60-night money-back guarantee

If it isn't right, contact us within 60 nights of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, or a free swap to a different fit.

How to start a return or a fit swap

Email hello@quietdry.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work. We reply within 24 hours with instructions. For a fit swap we send the new cup first.

Conditions

For hygiene reasons, cups and briefs that have been worn do not need to be returned; please dispose of them. Return the pump unit, jug and unused accessories in their packaging where possible. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full; in most cases a photo is enough and nothing needs to be sent back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
