Products & pricing

We do our best to display our product and prices accurately. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Not a medical device

The Quietdry Night System is a non-invasive external urine-collection product for home care. It collects urine; it does not treat incontinence or any medical condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Check with the care team before use where a catheter, skin condition or infection is present, and follow their guidance.

Orders

Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order, not that it has shipped. We'll send a second email when it ships.

All content on this site — text, images and branding — belongs to Quietdry and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

Quietdry is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

Quietdry is operated by Retropocket Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. Orders are processed by Retropocket Limited in New Zealand and these terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
